Rewriting the Rules—Together.

Hi, I’m Sarah. Working with me, you’ll get back to running your organization while we drive alignment, engage stakeholders, accelerate transitions, and close trust gaps through purposeful communications and transformational leadership strategies.

You’ll chart your own course; you’ll leave a clear trail. Your legacy will be a productive and positive workplace.

As a former corporate executive, I know what it takes to lead in complex, volatile environments. I’ve set & directed strategies addressing leadership transitions, corporate culture transformations, mergers & acquisitions, systems implementations, organizational design changes, major public health crises, litigation, U.S. and Canadian bankruptcy proceedings, performance & talent management, reputation challenges.

After directly supporting 20 successful C-suite leaders, my clients trust me to work behind the scenes to elevate their leadership in mid-to-large global and national organizations across sectors: business process management, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, global standards, quick service restaurant, healthcare, not-for-profit, and manufacturing.

I look forward to helping you Uncover Possibility and Create Capacity as you achieve business results in the face of transformation and uncertainty.
